About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Bar Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
