Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual who is passionate about learning and development. The successful candidate will have experience in creating learning pathways and curriculum design, as well as strong communication and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees
- Work with subject matter experts to gather and refine content information
- Engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in and commitment for learning solutions
- Stay up-to-date with innovative learning approaches and modern training techniques
Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays), contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution, personal medical assessments – open to all once a year, and wider benefits scheme including our benefits hub, which is packed full of offers and information to save you money and support your wellbeing.
