About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Rates Specialist to join our NNDR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining NNDR liability, awarding exemptions and reliefs, and maintaining the commercial rating list and database.

You will work closely with our recovery section to prepare cases for court hearings and provide detailed statements and calculations. Your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will be essential in working with our residents and businesses.
