Job Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment inventories.
  • Prepare and edit complex documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for various departments.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, prioritizing workload effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly preferred.
