About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with varying levels of verbal communication, autism, and epilepsy.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide support with medication administration, personal care, household tasks, leisure pursuits, social inclusion, and emotional support. You will work closely with our service users to help them live independently, achieve their goals, and participate in community activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care services. A driver's license and previous experience working with adults with challenging behavior are highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Assist with medication administration, personal care, and household tasks
  • Encourage participation in leisure activities and promote social inclusion
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
