Senior Team Administrator (Medical Affairs - Pharma)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Team Administrator to join our client's Medical Affairs team in West London.

The role involves providing administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a focus on managing congress allocations and supporting Event Managers.

About the Role:

  • Collate and enter data into our internal system.
  • Assist with the internal approval process to ensure event compliance.
  • Travel to events as onsite support, approximately 3-4 times a year within Europe.
  • Review final reconciliations against invoices.
  • Conduct reviews for transfer of value reports.

The successful candidate will have experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs or a related department. They will be highly organised, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
