Multilingual Pharmaceutical Information Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Information Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch medical information services to our clients via phone and email. You must be fluent in both French and English, holding a C1 level proficiency in both languages.

As a Medical Information Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to technical inquiries received via phone, email, or fax regarding designated products with accuracy, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Complying with client-specific working practices and adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and WPs.
  • Recognizing and reporting adverse events and defective product reports in accordance with ProPharma's strict guidelines.
  • Translating English documents into the target language or vice versa, delivering high-quality translated responses via phone or in writing, and quality-checking these translations.
  • Utilizing existing standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence via client databases or collaborating with the Medical Information Support Services (MISS) department to request generated medical information correspondence.
  • Accurately logging all inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with Data Privacy regulations.
  • Ensuring awareness and adherence to legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with pharmaceutical industry medical information provision.
  • Performing quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and correspondence to guarantee accuracy across all job aspects.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals familiar with call center environments looking to expand their knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or new graduates entering the life sciences field. To be eligible, you must hold a completed life science degree and possess strong translation skills, excellent phone manner, ability to manage workload, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently.
