Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Directorate Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Radiation Services team, including coordinating projects, managing documents, and communicating with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Radiation Services team, including coordinating projects and managing documents.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, patients, and external partners.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent level of study.
  • Understanding of NHS business case processes.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of Welsh language and culture.
  • Ability to speak Welsh at Level 1.
