Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join their management team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring financial and performance goals are met, and developing commercial opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Manage store operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in an optical or eyecare environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
