About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Supervisor to join our team at Mamas & Papas Lisburn concession store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the Store Manager or Management teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Consultants to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture
