About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring that our culinary standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to our menu and nutritional guidelines.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account resident preferences and dietary requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- SNVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
