Lambeth-based Met Command and Control (MetCC) provides London with its police response service, handling over 13,000 emergency and non-emergency phone calls daily. Our newly formed Welfare Support Team aims to improve staff wellbeing and recognition.
We seek a dedicated and experienced professional to lead this specialist team, ensuring effective delivery of wellbeing initiatives, attendance management, and employee engagement.
A competitive salary of £43,352 per annum, including a 12.5% shift disturbance allowance and weekend enhancements, is offered to successful candidates.
