Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Support Professional, working closely with individuals to deliver person-centred care and support.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a caring environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with service users.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
