Astute People is seeking a skilled Senior Project Controller to lead project controls for a major nuclear energy project at Hinkley Point C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules and work breakdown structures, collaborating with project managers to estimate costs and validate forecasts, and providing high-quality and advanced project controls outputs.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to hold relevant qualifications such as APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and APMG Project Planning and Controls - Practitioner. Your excellent team working skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Use SAP for cost data extraction and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs and validate forecasts.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and productivity reporting.
  • Create and manage project schedules and work breakdown structures.
