**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA development lead to join our team. As a Senior FPGA Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting FPGA systems for new products, managing requirements capture, design, and development, and leading FPGA module development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop FPGA systems for new high-reliability critical products.
  • Manage requirements capture, design, and development of FPGA modules.
  • Define and coordinate interfaces for internal and external components.
  • Develop new test-bench modules for ensuring correct operation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with VHDL for FPGA development.
  • Proficient with TCL scripting and Modelsim / Questasim.
  • Familiarity with current FPGA and SoC technologies, including Quartus tool chain.
  • Degree or postgraduate degree in a relevant STEM subject.
  • Ability to produce high-quality detailed design artefacts.

Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum + benefits
