Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HelloFresh in Derby, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to ensure the maximum uptime and reliability of equipment while actively participating in preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on system monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair to provide high levels of equipment availability.
  • Perform routine maintenance on automation, robotics, and control panels.
  • Detect and address issues in out-of-service equipment; escalate complex problems as necessary.
  • Document all work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure projects are completed to specification.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Skilled in material handling, flow and capacity visualisation, and monitoring.
  • Proficient in PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in continuous production environments.
  • Extensive experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
What We Offer
  • £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
