We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team and support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs in their own homes.
This role involves providing personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and domestic duties to our male client with a spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury.
No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our experienced Care Managers.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing kind and compassionate care to our clients
- Supporting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Assisting with mobility and transfer techniques
- Contributing to a safe and healthy environment by performing domestic duties
