About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating content items from various internal teams, liaising with our external content partner, and maintaining project plans.

Your goal will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our weekly member newsletters, enhancing member engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content items for newsletters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our external content partner.
  • Review content provided by the partner to ensure it aligns with our brand standards and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for newsletter production.
  • Track progress of content creation, review, and approval processes.
  • Conduct thorough checks of newsletters before sending to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze newsletter performance metrics to inform future content and design improvements.
  • Collect and act on member feedback to continuously improve the newsletter experience.
