Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care, companionship, and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including dressing, repositioning, mobility support, and tasks related to health and hygiene
  • Assist with basic housekeeping and cooking or helping with mealtimes
  • Administer medication as required
  • Accompany clients on trips and offer companionship and support
  • Complete daily documentation of visits on a smartphone

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate, caring, and have a desire to provide support and companionship to individuals in need. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including part-time and full-time hours.
