Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including dressing, repositioning, mobility support, and tasks related to health and hygiene
- Assist with basic housekeeping and cooking, or help with mealtimes
- Administer medication as required
- Accompany clients on trips and offer companionship and support
- Complete daily documentation of visits on a smartphone
Requirements
To be successful as a Care Worker, you will need to be passionate, caring, and have a desire to provide support and companionship to individuals in need. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including part-time and full-time hours.
