Job Title: Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for following individual care plans, assisting with personal care, and providing practical support with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery

Requirements

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be resilient, flexible, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team.
