Support Worker for Children

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Crawley, supporting a young client with complex health needs in their family home and escorting them to and from school.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client with all their needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, medication, moving and handling support, and managing clinical equipment.
- Escort the client to and from school, ensuring their safe transportation and arrival.
- Provide ongoing support and care in the family home, promoting the client's independence and well-being.
