Job Summary

The Financial Strategist and Business Performance Manager will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy, providing key insights, and driving business performance. Key responsibilities include managing the month-end process, leading the annual budget, and delivering monthly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end process, including reviewing journal entries, coordinating team activities, and preparing the management accounts pack.
  • Lead the annual budget, business plan, and valuation models, while monitoring performance and delivering monthly forecasts.
  • Provide detailed analysis on business performance to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate to enhance financial systems and processes, working closely with internal and external teams.
Requirements:
  • An ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification with strong experience in management accounting or business partnering.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling and budget management.
  • Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams and presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
