About the Role

CleverHR is seeking a skilled Client Services Administrator to join our team in Bristol. As a Senior Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administration services to our clients in the Financial Services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in both hardcopy and digital formats.
  • Process letters of authority, request quotations, and process business from proposal to policy document stage.
  • Request investment valuations and provide generic information to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Quality management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Standard Life Wrap.
