Job Summary:

CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director, Medical Customer Engagement to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a customer-focused Medical Information (MI) service to healthcare professionals and patients across major markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the MI service, ensuring it meets the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute MI processes, standards, and services, including relationships with medical contact partners.
  • Establish, maintain, and adhere to processes and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the delivery of MI to healthcare professionals and patients to meet market and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist, physician, or life science graduate with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Proven experience in Medical Information, with expertise in MI functions, activities, and processes.
  • Ability to critically evaluate scientific data and retrieve information from multiple sources for preparing MI responses.
  • Previous experience managing and leading internal Medical Information Contact Channels or outsourced medical information partners in a global, highly matrixed organization.
