We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing temporary and contract workers, and developing a strong industry presence through social media, networking, and event participation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality candidates.
- SOURCE temporary and contract workers while maintaining IR35 compliance.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the Onboarding team to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies across various job platforms to attract top talent.
- Execute recruitment-focused projects to drive business growth and improve talent acquisition efficiency.
- Deliver regular management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate data, to inform business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Essential internal talent recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in direct sourcing across various job platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A full UK driving license for occasional office/event commutes.
