About the Role:

You will be a pivotal figure in shaping the student experience at the University for the Creative Arts, leading the charge in delivering a world-class experience that empowers students to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a transformative strategy for student engagement, fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus community. 

• Collaborate with passionate student leaders, a skilled staff team, and a supportive Board of Trustees to drive positive change. 

• Champion the student voice, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through innovative initiatives and services. 

What You Bring:

• A proven track record of leadership and vision in driving student-centric initiatives. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders. 

• A deep understanding of the creative arts sector and its challenges, with a passion for empowering students to succeed. 

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience.
