An exciting opportunity has become available to join our St Helens team as an Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside our admin team leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the operations function to ensure that all branch administrative activities are conducted in the most efficient manner, within the timescales set and to the quality standards required.

Key tasks will include dealing with enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary, liaising with customers, coordinating and reporting on maintenance activity, data entry and raising invoices.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is organised and customer focused, experienced working in Excel and has good attention to detail.
