Job Description

The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to implement effective strategies and accommodations.

This role involves providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
