The Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to assist with a caseload of industrial disease cases, including Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss files.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting disease cases, reviewing and drafting documents, and possess a solid understanding of the litigation process. They will engage in complex cases, investigating quantum and liability while reviewing relevant records.
