Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Salters Residential Estate Agents as a Senior Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the property buying and selling process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure a smooth transaction.
  3. Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing properties in the best possible light and highlighting their unique features.
  4. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  6. Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and local networking events.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years experience in residential sales, with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the property market.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  3. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
