**Job Summary**

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Commercial Manager to join our Sales & Distribution division in Banbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and developing category growth within the Wholesale, Convenience, E-commerce, and Health sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement category growth strategies to increase cash-flow and manage supplier aged/disputed debt.
  • Provide customers with a tailored category management approach, offering them a range of products and promotions to meet their individual needs.
  • Communicate and negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally, developing a clear communication channel between our sales team and all supported customers.
  • Represent D C S Manufacturing at meetings, events, and seminars, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

**Requirements**

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effortlessly at all levels.
  • Flexibility to change and thrive in a busy environment, with the ability to prioritize workload and make effective commercial decisions under pressure.
