About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team at DCS Group. As a key member of our Sales and Distribution division, you will be responsible for driving category growth across various sectors, including Wholesale, Convenience, E-commerce, and Health. Your primary objective will be to increase cash-flow by managing supplier aged/disputed debt and recovering costs associated with residuals, overstocks, and out-of-date stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective category management strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, providing tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.
  • Communicate and negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Represent DCS Group at meetings, events, and seminars, fostering strong relationships with various networks, including customers and suppliers.
