Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents in making informed decisions about their lives, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Foster meaningful relationships between residents and their loved ones, promoting social connections.
  • Provide tailored support to maximize residents' independence, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Promote community participation and inclusion, encouraging residents to engage in local activities.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • An estimated salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
