Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities, promoting independence and autonomy
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting dignity and respect
- Communicating effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality personal care to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
