Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Engineer to work with ultra-high-end mansions, providing maintenance and support services to a private property management solution company. The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance support, including installation, planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance, for site services and plant/equipment.
  • Carry out testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations.
  • Participate in the on-call rota within the Maintenance Team, responding to emergencies and providing technical support as needed.
  • Oversee the conduct of contractors on site, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of electrical engineering work.
Requirements:
  • A recognised qualification in electrical engineering (Apprenticeship or NVQ 3) and relevant experience in building services.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, including inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A full clean UK driving licence and the ability to travel to various sites throughout the day.
