Senior Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Inverness West Urban Social Work team. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to social workers and social care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet professional standards and service objectives.
The successful candidate will possess a strong track record in collaborative working, with a minimum of two years' post-qualifying experience in Adult Care. You will be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council on the 'Social Worker' part of the Register and hold a qualification recognized by the SSSC as equivalent to the Diploma in Social Work (DipSW).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to social workers and social care staff
- Support the Social Work Team Manager in their duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service objectives and policies
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council on the 'Social Worker' part of the Register
- Hold a qualification recognized by the SSSC as equivalent to the Diploma in Social Work (DipSW)
- Minimum of two years' post-qualifying experience in Adult Care
