Are you a dedicated and experienced Community Nurse looking for a rewarding role in Aberdeen? This role offers a competitive starting salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable based on experience. You'll also enjoy a company car or an extra £4,900 annually for a car allowance, and 33 days of holiday including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover the Aberdeen region, travelling to patients' homes.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering one-to-one care.
  • Deliver effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
  • Accurately document all patient care and clinical observations.

To be successful as a Community Nurse, you must:

  • Have a full UK driving licence.
  • Be experienced in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies.
  • Have a valid NMC pin number.
  • Be a qualified RGN.
  • Homecare experience is desirable.
