Key Responsibilities:- Cover the Aberdeen region, travelling to patients' homes.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering one-to-one care.
- Deliver effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
- Accurately document all patient care and clinical observations.
- Annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000, negotiable on experience.
- Company car or an extra £4,900 per year for car allowance.
- Mileage expenses.
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
- Pension scheme.
- Death in Service benefit (4 x annual salary).
- NMC fees paid.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
To be successful as a Community Nurse, you must:
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Be experienced in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies.
- Have a valid NMC pin number.
- Be a qualified RGN.
- Homecare experience is desirable.
