Community Health Practitioner

We are seeking highly motivated and forward-thinking Community Nurses to join our Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership team. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.
Successful candidates will be placed in the most suitable teams to facilitate their growth and development, with the flexibility to work across various locations within Aberdeen City HSCP as needed. Staff are required to be adaptable in their working hours, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends on a rota basis.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include excellent communication and teamwork skills, a commitment to delivering high standards of nursing care, and a passion for working in the community. While community experience is desirable, applications from other registered nurses with a passion for community nursing will also be considered. Graduate nurses with 1 year of post-graduation experience and those who have completed the Flying Start programme are eligible to apply.
