Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Management Lead to join our team at Citigroup Inc. in the Operations - Transaction Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex portfolios of programs and projects, as well as driving the development of program management practices within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project/Program Management professionals and lead the development of program management practices within the Securities Services Middle Office and Funds Operations area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and organizations to drive business growth and deliver results.
  • Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to project processes and procedures.
  • Lead the facilitation and coordination of cross-functional topics and drive the resolution of issues across programs and with Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement program management standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in a large program of work for Securities Services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver solutions.
  • Master's degree preferred, with a strong understanding of project methodologies and tools.
