Geotechnical Manager - Offshore Wind

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Manager to join our team at Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our offshore wind team, you will be responsible for leading the geotechnical aspects of our projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our subsea foundation solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement geotechnical strategies for offshore wind projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead the design and installation of subsea foundations, working closely with our engineering and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to negotiate contracts and manage budgets for geotechnical services.
  • Analyze geophysical and geotechnical data to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our offshore wind projects.

Requirements

  • Strong background in geotechnical engineering, with experience in offshore wind and subsea foundation design.
  • Proven track record of leading geotechnical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
