Job Title: Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Offshore

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in the offshore sector. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on complex geotechnical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead geotechnical design teams and provide technical guidance on geotechnical projects.
  2. Develop and implement geotechnical design solutions for offshore and onshore projects.
  3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality geotechnical services.
  4. Manage and mentor junior geotechnical engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Chartered status as a civil engineer or geologist.
  2. Proven experience in geotechnical design and project management.
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in software such as GeoStudio and Repute.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop geotechnical design teams.
  5. Good commercial track record, with experience in negotiating and running successful projects.
