Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in the offshore energy sector. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on complex geotechnical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical design teams and provide technical guidance on geotechnical projects.
- Develop and implement geotechnical design solutions for offshore energy projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality geotechnical services.
- Manage and mentor junior geotechnical engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- Chartered status as a civil engineer or geologist.
- Proven experience in geotechnical design and project management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in software such as GeoStudio and Repute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop geotechnical design teams.
- Good commercial track record, with experience in negotiating and running successful projects.
