About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities



  • Gain a deep understanding of the Northern European market and customer profiles, using retailer and market insights to develop tailored marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create 360-degree marketing and media plans, maximizing customer purchase funnels and driving commercial objectives.
  • Lead the development of marketing mix strategies to drive new product development (NPD) while accelerating and growing our core franchise.
  • Bring thought leadership and digital excellence to innovative brand activity, raising total brand awareness and creating memorable brand moments.
  • Shape and deliver new retailer launches and market launches in collaboration with PR, VM, Commercial, and Retail teams.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar, providing regional nuances and opportunities to Global Marketing.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and forecast future marketing activities aligned with regional sales targets.
  • Lead and develop the North Europe Assistant Marketing Managers, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback.

What You'll Bring



  • Demonstrable experience in marketing at a manager level, ideally in the Beauty/Retail industry with exposure to European Retailers.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with creative flair, experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Experience leading a direct report or small team, with a passion for leading from the front and developing team members.
  • Digital native with knowledge of all digital marketing channels, including E-Comm, ECRM, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • A natural curiosity and positive mindset, with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Comfortable with travel within Northern Europe, with excellent English written and verbal skills.
