Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee stock levels and assist with cost-saving sourcing strategies.
  • Assist with contract and license renewals, managing adjustments as required.
  • Provide financial support to the Finance Officer, including financial record-keeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide general administrative support.
  • Support the Finance Officer in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Requirements
