We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Finance Administrator to join our team at Morgan Jones. As a key member of our finance and procurement department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee stock levels and assist with cost-saving sourcing strategies.
- Assist with contract and license renewals, managing adjustments as required.
- Provide financial support to the Finance Officer, including financial record-keeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide general administrative support.
- Support the Finance Officer in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary with a profit-sharing scheme after 6 months.
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).
