About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Buckinghamshire Council. Key responsibilities will include leading the ASYE programme, supporting and coaching candidates in 'returning to social work', our social work apprenticeship scheme, occupational therapy students, and social work assistants. You will also be responsible for planning and delivering professional practice workshops, and linking closely with locality managers and colleagues to ensure wrap-around support for our cohorts.

The successful candidate will be supported in their role through targeted managerial CPD activities and mentoring support from their allocated line manager.

About You

Excellent communication skills are essential to build professional relationships with staff members at different levels of expertise.

You will need to be highly organised, motivated, and knowledgeable in relevant legislation and case work. As a team, we are supportive, creative, and excited to welcome new members to our team.
