About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct, a leading retailer within the Frasers Group. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading a small team in one of our instore departments, delivering a world-class customer experience, and driving store performance to its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team in one of our instore departments, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand, ensuring a consistent and engaging store presentation.
  • Drive sales and operations, achieving results and exceeding set goals, and leading the team to ensure they are efficient in following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
  • Support the development of colleagues, providing on-the-spot feedback and celebrating success, and creating an engaging working environment.

Requirements:

  • Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for retail and people, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A desire and hunger to be the best, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
