Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Randstad CPE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize facility needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a facilities or operations role, with a track record of delivering results and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize facility needs.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication, management, and data analysis.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
