Print Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
The Print Room Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Print Room at Crone Corkill. This includes ensuring the timely production of client reports, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as maintaining the quality of these documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print Room Management: Oversee the printing of all client reports, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring they are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quality Control: Review and approve the quality of printed materials before dispatch.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed of progress and ensure they are satisfied with the final product.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on printers and booklet making machines, and liaise with suppliers for non-user maintenance repairs and servicing.
- Supply Chain Management: Ensure that all consumables, including paper, ink, and stationery, are in stock and that invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Sustainability: Maintain and submit annual sustainability reports for printer paper and envelopes, and ensure that all printing is done in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Cost Management:
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices for paper and printed stationery, and select new suppliers as needed.
- Training and Development: Train new employees on print equipment and procedures, and work with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency.
- Facilities Support: Assist the Facilities Manager and Facilities Officer as needed, and perform other duties as required.
