About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our anaesthetic department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anaesthetic services for a broad range of specialties, including Bariatric surgery, General surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Maxillo facial, Urology, and Gynaecology.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and safety.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and students, promoting a culture of learning and professional development.
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of anaesthetics and improve patient care.
